What can I do to cure my Runner's Knee?

First, what exactly is Runner's Knee or Patellofemoral pain syndrome (PFPS)? It doesn't matter if you are a runner or not, it can strike any athlete that requires a lot of knee bending, such as walking, biking, or jumping. It causes an aching pain around the kneecap. It can be a result of overuse, trauma, or misalignment. 

 

 

 

Here are some E-cises that can help with decreasing pain assosicated with Runner's Knee.

 

Gravity Drop 

Assisted Hip Lift 

Hip Crossover stretch 

Static Back Knee Pillow Squeezes 

Runner's Stretch 

Standing Quad Stretch
