Changing your posture will help you ride/race better!

Have you ever wrecked, got back on your bike and the bars were so out of alignment it was hard to ride? The body is the same, and we adapt to it and end up compensating (wrong muscles do jobs they aren't supposed to) after every fall or injury. Analyzing how your body moves and what is out of alignment, we will teach you exercises to re-activate dormant muscles and put your body back into it's proper design posture (see diagram below). When the body is in alignment, it not only heals itself, this also means you will move better, as well as ride/race better! So just like the bike, if you want to perform better, you need to fix your body alignment!


The core belief behind posture alignment is that pain is a product of any misalignment (or imbalance) of the body as it loses its correct posture. As you can see in the postures above how the body works as a unit, so we must treat it as such. The site of pain or imbalance is rarely the source. Finding and correcting these imbalances through gentle exercises, puts the body back into alignment, eliminates pain, and allows the body to move like it should which enhances performance and prevents injury.
